Our philosophy
Tonka's ice cream is made without any kind of additional emulsifier, which is a means used by many to ensure creamier and airier ice cream, bringing to the fore the need for an ethical code.
Our Production
Tonka’s showcases count 30 flavours, each one with its own special story as told by Valerio: from his favourite, Stracciatella, to seasonal fruit like Lemon, Peach, Blackberry and Mango, not to forget the more innovative flavours.
